Do you store the websites I analyze?

StackOptic only stores publicly available information that any visitor to a website would see — HTML content, HTTP headers, DNS records, and screenshots. We do not access private data, log in to websites, or perform any intrusive testing.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StackOptic website and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Digiwings Agency, a trading name of Onur Sendere ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service provides analysis results for informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

You may use certain features of the Service without creating an account (subject to daily limits). To access premium features, you must create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Not share your account credentials with third parties

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Free Plan: Provides limited access to the Service at no cost, subject to daily usage limits.

Paid Plans (Pro, Agency): Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes (including VAT) are handled by Lemon Squeezy.

Free Trials: Paid plans may include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be automatically charged at the applicable subscription rate. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

Add-on Credits: Additional credit packages (re-analysis, AI insights, bulk analysis) are one-time purchases that expire at the end of the billing month in which they were purchased.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond the provided API
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Use the Service to conduct security testing, penetration testing, or vulnerability scanning of third-party websites without authorisation
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent
Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual or entity

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, content, logos, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our express written permission.

Analysis results generated by the Service may be used by you for your own business purposes, subject to the limitations of your subscription plan.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) the analysis results will be accurate, complete, or current; (c) any defects in the Service will be corrected.

Analysis results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any business, security, or technical decision.

8. Limitation of Liability
