I need to cancel or request a refund — who do I email?
Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). You can self-cancel from the account page, or email info@stackoptic.com and we'll help directly.
Can I request a new technology signature?
Absolutely. Email info@stackoptic.com with the tech name + a few example sites using it. We usually add requested signatures within a week.
